摘要
微泡沫钻井液是一种新型低密度钻井液体系,具有压力低、漏失小、携砂能力好和对环境污染小等优点,特别适用于解决低压油藏的漏失问题。本文对微泡沫钻井液的防塌性能和堵漏性能进行介绍,比较分析了可循环微泡沫技术、耐高温泡沫钻井液、无固相微泡沫钻井液和三相微泡沫钻井液等技术,对他们的技术难点和应用进行了阐述。现场应用表明微泡沫钻井液体系完全满足低压油气层工作和地质需要。
Micro Foam drilling fluid is a new low density drilling fluid system, with pressure, low leakage, low loss, sand carrying capacity and little pollution to the environment etc. advantages, particularly applicable to solve the leakage problem of low reservoir pressure. The of Micro Foam Drilling Fluid anti collapse property and sealing performance are introduced in this paper, a comparative analysis of the available micro circulation foam technology, resistance to high temperature foam drilling fluid, solid phase micro foam drilling fluid and three-phase micro foam drilling fluid technology, has carried on the elaboration to the their technical difficulties and application. Field application shows that the micro foam drilling fluid system is completely satisfied with the low pressure oil gas bearing formation and geological needs.
