Pulmonary Nocardia cyriacigeorgica infection in a patient with bronchiectasis：a case report and literature review

摘要 肺奴卡菌病是由奴卡菌感染引起的一种少见病，易发生于免疫功能低下的患者，也可见于免疫功能正常的宿主，特别是有结构性肺疾病患者更易感染奴卡菌，但先前报道较少。近年来，国外报道肺支气管扩张患者感染奴卡菌的发病率增加［1-2］。
