摘要 “双胎妊娠临床处理指南（第二部分）”主要针对双胎妊娠并发症的诊断和处理，包括双绒毛膜性双胎并发症，如双胎生长不一致、一胎结构异常、一胎胎死宫内；单绒毛膜性双胎特殊并发症，如双胎输血综合征（twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome,TTTS）、选择性胎儿宫内生长受限（selective intrauterine rowth restriction, sIUGR） 、双胎反向动脉灌注序列（twin reversed arterial perfusion sequence，TRAPS）、双胎贫血一多血序列征（twin anemia polycythemia sequence, TAPS）等。
