摘要 经食管实时三维超声心动图可实时显示二尖瓣叶及瓣环立体解剖结构,其配备的二尖瓣定量分析软件能定量评价二尖瓣功能。本文就经食管实时三维超声心动图在二尖瓣疾病临床应用中的进展作一综述。 Real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography has the advantages of showing three-dimensional structure of the mitral leaflets and mitral annulus. The function of mitral valve is quantatively assessed by mitral valve quantitation software. This paper reviews the clinical applications of real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography in mitral valve disease.
