摘要
目的探讨血管转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在新生儿肺炎患儿血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测40例新生儿肺炎患儿和30名健康新生儿血清TGF-β1和IL-6的水平。结果患儿血清TGF-β1水平肺炎组(12.87pg/ml)低于对照组(37.17pg/ml)(P<0.01),IL-6水平肺炎组(59.27pg/ml)高于对照组(21.58pg/ml)(P<0.01)。患儿血清TGF-β1水平重症肺炎(7.65pg/ml)低于轻症肺炎患儿(21.57pg/ml)(P<0.01),IL-6水平重症患儿(73.65pg/ml)高于轻症肺炎患儿(35.31pg/ml)(P<0.01)。血清TGF-β1水平急性期患儿(4.12pg/ml)低于恢复期患儿(23.57pg/ml)(P<0.01),IL-6水平急性期患儿(76.42pg/ml)高于恢复期(38.31pg/ml)(P<0.01)。结论 TGF-β1和IL-6在新生儿肺炎患儿血清中异常表达,其水平与患儿病情严重程度相关。血清TGF-β1和IL-6联合检测对患儿病情有着重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum transforming growth factor-betal (TGF-β1)and interleukin 6(IL-6)among infants with neonatal pneumonia(NP). Methods The serum TGF-β1 and IL-6 level from 40 cases of NP(NP group) ,and 30 cases of healthyneonatal(control group)were detected by enzyme linked im- munosorbent assay(ELISA)technology. Results The serum TGF-~I level of the NP group was significantly lower than the control group,the serum IL-6 level of the NP group was significantly higher than the control group( P 〈0.01). The TGF-β1 level of the severe group was significantly lower than the mild group,the serum IL-6 level of the severe group was significantly higher than the mild group( P 〈0.01). The TGF-β1 level of the acute group was significantly lower than the chronic group,the serum IL-6 level of the acute group was significantly higher than the chronic group( P 〈0. 01). Con- clusion The serum TGF-β1 and IL6 level have abnormal expression in NP,and they are associated with the severity of the disease. Combined detection of serum TGF-β1 and IL 6 has important clinical significance for diagnosing disease of NP.
