纳米材料对果蔬采后病菌致病力的调控及其机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 纳米材料因其具有广谱、高效、低毒、不易产生抗药性等特点,使其在果蔬采后致病菌的防控应用研究成为热点。文中从纳米材料对果蔬采后致病菌菌体形态、细胞膜、呼吸作用3个方面的影响进行了综述,并介绍了活性氧胁迫和离子溶出效应等主要机理的研究状况。并对纳米材料对果蔬采后致病菌调控机制从分子水平上的研究趋势进行了展望。 Due to its excellent properties of broad spectrum,high efficiency,low toxicity and little drug resistance,nano materials used as antimicrobial agents in post-harvest fruits and vegetables has become a hot research topic. Different aspects including microbial morphology damage,permeability of microbial cell membrane,and cellular respiration influenced by nano materials were summarized in the paper. Then,two mechanisms including reactive oxide stress and ions dissolution effect were summarized. Furthermore,the prospects of research trend in mechanism of nano material inhibiting microbial at molecular level was prospected.
