摘要
针对直驱式电液作动控制系统需具备良好的静态、动态特性,根据系统的工作原理确定其数学模型,并对其进行定性的分析。结果表明直驱式电液作动控制系统的性能目标相互耦合,因此,在系统结构设计时需要综合考虑。提出基于Pareto多目标的优化算法,对该控制系统的多个性能指标进行多目标优化设计,所得结果可为设计该系统提供参考。
The paper describes the principle of the EHA at first.On the basis of it,a detail mathematical plant model is constructed.Favorable rigidity and dynamic characteristics of the system,which couple up each other,are compromised in the course of design.A multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm,which makes use of optimization of this system design,is designed based on the Pareto theory.The no-inferior set providse the best site of the population,which guides the particles convergence fastly.Simultaneity for the sake of maintaining the diversity of the population,the dynamic uniformity distributing of objective function fitness,which can improve the diversity of the population,is adjusted in thisstudy.The optimization results provide instructional purposes for the system design.
