摘要
目的:观察马智教授分阶段治疗梅尼埃病的临床效果。方法:病例选择自2013年9月—2014年3月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院就诊的160例梅尼埃病患者。急性期治疗组80例,以眩得康为基础方结合针灸治疗;对照组80例,口服敏使朗,每次6 mg,日3次,并配合针灸治疗。缓解期的研究对象为急性期治疗组的80例受试者,缓解期治疗组36例,以苓桂术甘汤为基础方随症加减;对照组44例,不予任何治疗,随访半年。上述160例患者均在首次就诊时、发病第7天、发病3个月时填写眩晕障碍评分量表(DHI)、四联征的模拟视觉评分(VAS)和发作次数登记表等。将其作为疗效评价标准,客观评价马智教授分阶段治疗梅尼埃病的疗效。结果:急性期与缓解期治疗组与对照组眩晕障碍评分量表(DHI)、四联征的模拟视觉评分(VAS)、眩晕发作次数差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组。结论:梅尼埃病急性期以眩得康为基础方配合针灸治疗,缓解期以苓桂术甘汤为基础方的分阶段治疗方法安全性好,疗效确切。
Objective：Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of treating Meniere＇s disease by MA Zhi with the way of phased treatment. Methods：160 cases of Meniere＇s disease from affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine,from September 2013 to March 2014,were divided into 80 cases of therapy group and 80 patients of control group in acute stage.Therapy group use XuandekangDecoction with acupuncture and moxibustion. Control group use 6 mg Merislon every time with 3 times a day.The 80 cases of remission period,from therapy group in acute stage,were divided into 36 cases of therapy group and 44 patients of control group.Therapy group use Linggui Zhugan Decoction and control group with no treatment.Respectively before treatment,7th day,6th month 160 cases record Dizziness Handicap Inventory（DHI）treatment scores,VAS scores of tetralogies and so on.Regarding them as the standard of therapeutic effect.Impersonally evaluating the therapeutic effect of treating Meniere＇s disease by MA Zhi with the way of phased treatment. Results：Therapy group＇s and control group＇s DHI treatment scores,VAS scores have significant differences.Therapy group＇s therapeutic effect are better than control group＇s clearly.Conclusion：Meniere＇s disease use Xuandekang Decoction with acupuncture and moxibustion in acute stage and use Linggui Zhugan Decoction in remission period.It is an effective method of treating Meniere＇s disease.
