Influence of hepatic innate immunity on liver regeneration

摘要 肝细胞、肝间质细胞(肝窦内皮细胞、星形细胞、Kupffer细胞)和"过客淋巴细胞"共同组成了肝脏的固有免疫系统,是全身免疫系统的一部分。除了参与肝脏的免疫应答外,肝固有免疫系统在肝损伤修复、肝再生过程中也有重要作用。肝间质细胞的激活启动了肝再生过程,肝间质细胞与实质细胞的相互作用促进了肝再生。肝间质细胞释放的炎性细胞因子既是肝再生的促进因素,也是制约因素。肝损伤时适当的炎症反应有利于肝再生,过强的炎症反应则容易造成肝损伤,不利于肝再生。本文着重归纳炎性反应在肝再生中的正反两方面作用,强调抗炎作用对肝再生的重要性。 Hepatic innate immunity system which is made up of hepatic cells, interstitial cells (liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, hepatic stellate cells, Kupffer cells) and passenger lymphocytes, is considered to be a part of body immune system. Besides their contribution to immunological response in liver, the innate immune system plays an important role in repair and regeneration of the liver. Activation of hepatic interstitial cells would switch on liver regeneration. Interaction between hepatic and interstitial cells would improve liver regeneration. Pro-inflammatory cytokines from liver interstitial cells would play a dual role in liver regeneration. An adequate inflammatory reaction would be beneficial for the regeneration of liver cells. But hyperinflammatory response would injure liver and subdue the regeneration. The positive and negative effects of inflammation response on liver regeneration are emphasized, in this paper, especially the importance of the role of anti-inflammatiory response in liver regeneration.
