摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘方法分析总结陈湘君教授对风湿性肺间质病变(CTD-ILD,Interstitial Lung Disease complicated by Connective Tissue Disease)的辨证论治经验。方法:收集经陈湘君教授诊治有效的CTD-ILD病案231篇,应用"中医传承辅助系统"进行数据处理统计,使用频数分析法总结常见证型、药物。结果:证型有痰热蕴肺证、痰瘀互结证、脾气虚证、肺阴虚证、肺气阴两虚证、肾气虚证、肾阴虚证,高频药物有北沙参、丹参、石见穿、象贝母等,常用处方有当归补血汤、千金苇茎汤、贝母栝楼散、沙参麦冬汤、益胃汤、沙参清肺汤、玉屏风散、养阴清肺汤、增液汤。结论:采用数据挖掘方法客观总结陈湘君教授CTD-ILD辨证论治经验,为深入学习和领悟学术思想提供数据支持。
Objective： To analyze and sum up Professor Chen Xiang-jun’s medication experience on Clinical Interstitial Lung Disease complicated by Connective Tissue Disease（ CTD-ILD） by applying data mining. Methods： The materials were collected from 231 patients with CTD-ILD treated by Professor Chen Xiang-jun. The extract and input of materials and data structuring were carried out,and information collection mode was built by applying the system of diagnostic and treatment information collection from famous and senior TCM physicians. The methods of statistical analysis,frequency analysis were applied to identify major syndrome types and the major herbs of every maior differentiation. Results： The main syndrome types of CTD-ILD included syndrome of sputum-heat,phlegm and blood stasis,Qi deficiency of Spleen,Qi and Yin deficiency of Lung,Yin deficiency of Lung,Qi deficiency of Kidney,Yin deficiency of Kidney. In the therapy of CTDILD. Conclusion： Professor Chen Xiang-jun’s medication experience on CTD-ILD is objectively summed up through applying data mining,which will provide the data support for deep study and comprehension of Professor Chen Xiang-jun’s academic thought.
