摘要
为满足船用柴油机缸压信号采集及分析的需求,提出并设计了一种新型嵌入式手持压力采集终端设备。系统由压电传感器、电荷放大电路、A/D采样模块、REAL6410核心板及相关外设等部分构成,利用压电传感器获取缸压信号,通过电荷放大电路转换成电压信号并放大,经过A/D采样后送入6410核心板处理。系统软件由参数设置模块、数据采集处理模块及数据存储传输模块组成,并实现了BSP的移植和终端交互软件,最后通过使用丹麦B&K公司的4294型手持式校准激振器进行对比实验验证了该系统的性能,并显示分析波形验证了系统的精度达到要求。
To meet the requirements of gathering and analysis of diesel engine cylinder pressure signal,develop a new embedded handheld pressure acquisition terminal devices,system consists of piezoelectric sensor,charge amplifier,A/D sampling circuit,REAL6410 embedded core board and other parts.Piezoelectric transducer is used to obtain the vibration signal,then via charge amplifier circuit,the vibration signal is changed and amplified into voltage signal which is sent into the 6410 core board processing after A/D sampling.The software system consists of setting module,data acquisition and processing module and data storage transmission modules,implement the transplantation BSP and terminal interactive software.Finally verify the accuracy of the system through the application of Danish BK's 4294 handheld shaker detection system calibration and waveform analysis.
