摘要
本文通过深入研究分析国家、区域科技创新资源配置管理的现状、政策,提出适应区域特征的科技创新资源配置优化机制和对策,以实现科技资源在综合化、专业化两个维度的高效配置,建立完善科技资源与成果转化及产业化服务机制,从而为区域科技创新驱动发展战略提供支撑。
In this paper, we analyzed the current situation and policies of national and regional scientific and technological innovation resource allocation management, proposed the scientific and technological innova- tion resource allocation optimization mechanism and countermeasures in agreement with regional characteris- tics, in order to achieve efficient allocation of scientific and technological resources from comprehensiveand pro- fessional dimensions, establish and improve the scientific and technological resources and achievements trans- fer and industrial service mechanism, so as to provide support for regional scientific and technological innova- tion driven development strategy.
