营养杂交对中蜂蜂王生殖潜能的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Nutritional Cross Breeding on the Reproductive Potential of the Queens of Apis Cerana Cerana

摘要 为改良中华蜜蜂的生产性能,本试验通过多个世代中意蜂营养杂交方式培育出杂交蜂王,然后测定中蜂蜂王、意蜂蜂王和各世代营养杂交蜂王的初生重、蜂王产卵量和卵巢小管数量,观察蜂王体貌变化。结果显示:营养杂交蜂王与纯中蜂蜂王相比,在初生重、蜂王产卵量和卵小管数量等方面均有显著提升,但各世代之间差异不显著;杂交蜂王的变化是体型变大,腹部圆润粗长,且腹部有浅色带。 To improve the reproducive potential of the queen of Apis cerana cerana in this pa-per,nutritional cross breeding method was adopted during queen rearing,the reproductive potential of the queens were measured by birth weight,egg laying,and the number of the ovarioles. The re-sults indicated that the nutritional cross breeding queens were significantly different from their moth-er queens and grandmother queens of all the tested indicators,but no significance among the gener-ations of the cross breeding queens. Morphologically,the cross breeding queens were bigger in body size,logger and full abdomen,with a light color on the abdomen.
