摘要
网络化指挥信息系统(NCIS)力量编组直接影响系统作战效能的生成与发挥,科学的系统力量编组是体系作战的内在要求。采用指控组织设计方法,基于任务时限建立了任务支撑度最大化和系统负载最小化多目标规划力量编组模型,针对模型的层次性给出了模型的两步求解算法。通过典型战例进行了仿真实验,仿真结果表明模型可以优化系统的编组结构,提高任务中编组的支撑能力。
Networked Command Information System(NCIS)force grouping has a directly influence on the generation and exertion of system operational efficiency,and reasonable system force grouping is the intrinsic requirement of system operation. Force grouping multi-object programming model under mission time constraint is designed with the maximum task supporting degree and the minimum systemic load using the method of designing of command and control organization,and gives a two-step solution algorithm according to the hierarchy of model. Simulation results show that the model can optimize the architecture of force grouping,and advance the task-support ability in the simulation of a representative battle case.
