摘要
适合中药复方的新型给药系统的研究对中医药现代化的发展具有重要意义。近年来适合中药复方的新型给药系统的研究,主要包括中药渗透泵片剂、胃内漂浮制剂、巴布剂、原位凝胶剂等方面。这些新型给药系统均能提高中药疗效,降低毒副作用,便于中药临床应用。综述近年来几种适合中药复方的新型给药系统的研究现状,并展望其开发和应用前景。
It is stated that the study of new drug delivery system which suitable for Chinese herbal compound has great importance on the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The study of new drug delivery system in recent years included Chinese medicine osmotic pump tablets, stomach floating formulation, poultice, in situ gel, etc. All of these new drug systems have the effect of improving clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine and reducing toxicity which suitable for clinical implication. This article summarized the progress of four new drug delivery systems in recent years and made prospect of their development and implication.
