摘要
高校资产清查是对全校资产进行账物、帐账核对,对摸清高校资产现状和推动资产管理工作具有重要意义。高校资产管理逐步实现了网络化,资产清查作为资产管理的工作之一,可在web版资产管理系统中加入模块,用以实现以账对物、以物对账的电子化对账。对基于web版高校资产管理系统实行资产清查网络化进行了研究,定义了资产清查网络化,探讨了其运行的优点,并给出了具体业务步骤和实现网络化所需的条件。这一问题的研究会为高校资产清查工作提供一个新的思路。
Fixed assets checkup of colleges and universities is a piece of work on contrast physical as- sets with accounts. It＇s meaningful to find out the real assets and push asset management of colleges and universities. Assets management of colleges and universities realized the network by progressive. Assets checkup as a job of asset management can be used in the online asset management system with the pur- pose to realize electronic reconciliation. Study on fixed assets checkup of colleges and universities by internet based on web assets management system. The concept and advantages of assets checkup are given in this paper, at the same time, operation procedure and required conditions are provided. The research of this problem will provide a new idea for the asset checkup work.
