摘要
强夯处理后,地基常因被压密渗透性减小而造成后期积水问题,影响建筑地基承载力.通过对某别墅群地质条件的分析,比选出强夯法地基处理方案.对传统强夯法地基处理方案常见的地表积水区产生原因进行了分析,并在此基础上提出通过提前"阻断"、"导流"的方式进行预控后积水;提出在单体建筑物地基周边设置闭合的导水盲沟及穿越强夯有效处理地层厚度的导水孔,通过"水平方向排水"、"竖向排水"两种方法将雨季汇集水导出强夯处理的地基表面.实践证明,通过改进方案强夯处理的单体建筑物地基周边未出现地基表面积水的现象,改进的地基处理方法简单、有效,可供同类工程借鉴.
Water pounding problems on dynamic consolidation foundation are often caused by the reduction of permeability,which affects the load bearing capacity of the foundation itself.The dynamic consolidation foundation is selected according to the analysis of geological conditions of some villa group.This paper first analyses the cause of surface ponding for traditional dynamic consolidation methods,and then proposes an improved method.The precautions of blocking and diversion are suggested in advance.It also uniquely presents the method of setting closed water guide blind drain surrounding the individual buildings,and the water holes across effective foundation layers.In this way,the pounding water during the rainy season can be exported by horizontal and vertical drainages.Practical application shows that the improved method is feasible.The water pounding problem is prevented.The proposed method is simple and efficient,in other similar engineering projects.
