“互联网+”时代农产品供应链演化新趋势——基于“云”的农产品供应链运作新模式 被引量:68

摘要 以云计算技术为支撑,互联网与各种传统行业相结合,既可实现传统行业资源优化配置,又可最大程度满足消费者多样化需要。而在"互联网+"热潮推动下,农产品生产方式、营销方式、服务方式也悄然转型。将农产品供应链的各种分布式资源虚拟化为"云"之后,在云服务平台上储存起来,并协同线上线下营销,为最终顾客与供应链的其他主体提供服务,形成以供应链服务集成主体为核心、以云服务为纽带的农产品供应链,将成为"互联网+"时代农产品供应链演化的新趋势。通过构建供应链云服务平台,整合农产品供给云、终端零售云、农产品需求云以及物流云、金融云和其他服务云,不仅可借助线上及线下服务站点为目标市场消费者提供终端服务,而且可为整个供应链的其他成员提供按需服务,最终实现融海量生产者、海量消费者以及其他服务者于一体的跨行业、跨区域的产业大联盟,实现农产品供应链"四流"创新与整合,实现线上与线下协同、低成本、规模化运作,从根本上解决我国农产品生产及流通中存在的主体分散、实力弱小、市场次序混乱、供应链断裂等问题。 Taking cloud computing as the support, and combined with other traditional industries, the Internet can not only help us to realize the optimization of resources distribution of traditional industries, but also better meet the consumers' diversified demand. During this process, the pattern of production, marketing and service of agricultural products are quietly transforming. With the help of cloud and Internet, the agricultural supply chain will demonstrate a new trend of evolution. By building the supply chain cloud service platform and integrating the supply cloud, retail cloud, demand cloud of agricultural product, logistics cloud, financing cloud and other clouds, we can not only provide consumers in targeted markets with service with the help of online and offline service stations, but also provide other supply chain members with customized service to realize the cross-industry and cross-region industrial alliance, the innovation and integration of the "four flows" of agricultural products supply chain, and the coordinated, low cost and large scale operation, and fundamentally solve the existing problems with the production and circulation of agricultural products in China.
