摘要
论述了石油类高等院校博士学位论文开题过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施,分析了博士学位论文开题查新的必要性,指出通过开题查新,可帮助博士生明确论文选题的方向,避免低水平重复研究,有效促进博士学位论文科技创新水平的提高。
This paper discusses some problems existing in the opening of doctoral dissertation in petroleum colleges and universities, puts forward some corresponding improving measures, analyzes the necessity of carrying out the novelty retrieval for doctoral dissertation opening, and points out that the novelty retrieval for dissertation opening can help doctoral students have clear and definite direction of the dissertation theme selection, avoid low level and repeated research, and effectively promote the improvement of doctoral dissertation＇s sci-tech innovation level.
