Development of Emergency Supply Device of Environment Control System Based on Planetary Roller Screw and Loading Test

摘要 从方案选择、分析计算和设计校核3个方面进行了基于行星滚柱丝杠的应急供气装置方案的设计与实现;设计了加载试验器以满足静态、动态性能的测试要求。加载试验表明该装置的运动特性较好,且加载试验器能够满足应急供气装置的功能和性能测试要求。 The emergency supply device based on the planetary roller screw were designed and implemented by three aspects of program selection, analysis and calculation and design-check. The loading tester is able to meet the testing requirements of static and dynamic performance of the device. The loading test shows that the motion characteristics of the device are better and the loading tester can meet the emergency supply device functionality and performance test requirements.
