摘要
目的:探讨个体化心理护理指导对婴儿分离产妇心理应激反应的影响。方法:选取四川省江油市第二人民医院2011年1月至2013年12月收治的104例婴儿分离高危妊娠产妇,将2011年1月至2012年6月52例患者入选对照组,仅采用常规护理;2012年7月至2013年12月52例患者入选实验组,在常规护理基础上采用个体化的心理护理指导。分别使用特质焦虑量表(T-AI)、状态焦虑量(S-AI)和爱丁堡产后抑郁表(EPDS)评估两组患者的心理应激反应。结果:两组患者产后1 d、1周和6周S-AI、T-AI和EPDS得分比较,对照组均高于实验组,且产后1周、产后6周组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后1 d、1周和6周实验组产后抑郁发生率明显低于对照组,且产后1周、产后6周组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对婴儿分离产妇实施个体化心理护理指导能有效减少患者的心理应激反应,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the effect of individual psychological care on mental stress response of the maternal separation pregnant women. Methods： 104 maternal separation pregnant women in the Second Hospital of Jiangyou from January 2011 to December 2013 were rolled in research,and 52 patients from January 2011 to June2012 were selected into control group,which was given routine nursing. 52 patients from July 2012 to December2013 were rolled in experimental group,which was given individual psychological care on the base of the control group. Mental stress response of two groups was respectively evaluated by the State Anxiety Inventory（ S-AI）,the Trait Anxiety Inventory（ T-AI） and the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale（ EPDS）. Results： S-AI score,T-AI score and EPDS score of control group in postpartum 1day,1 week and 6 weeks were higher than those of experimental group,and the differences in postnatal 1 week and 6 weeks between two groups were significant（ P〈0. 05）; EPDS rate in experimental group was obviously lower than that in control group,and the differences in postnatal 1 weeks and 6 weeks between two groups were significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Carrying out individual psychological care for pregnancy maternal separated from infant can significantly reduce the psychological stress nursing reaction of pregnant women.
