钛酸盐红色长余辉发光釉的制备和发光性质(英文)

摘要 以SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-SrO体系为基础釉,混入不同比例的Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO 3:0.2%Pr3+,0.2%Na+,2%Bi3+发光粉,并将其涂布在陶瓷基体上进行高温煅烧制备红色长余辉发光釉.通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射及荧光光谱表征了长余辉釉的微观结构、晶相组成及光学性质.结果表明SiO 2-Al2O3-B2O3-SrO体系玻璃是Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO 3:0.2%Pr3+,0.2%Na+,2%Bi3+发光粉的良好载体,能在熔融温度之上将荧光粉较好地包裹.当在950℃煅烧2 h,涂布釉浆3层,发光粉与基础釉的质量比为1∶3时,能获得釉面平整光洁的钛酸钙红色长余辉发光釉.该发光釉的色坐标为(0.683,0.317),非常接近理想的红光. The red persistent glazes were prepared by mixing SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-SrO parent glass powders and Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO 3:0.2%Pr3+,0.2%Na+,2%Bi3+ luminescent powders, and then coating on ceramic cylinders followed by firing at a high temperature. The microstructure, crystal phase and pho- toluminescent properties of persistent glazes were characterized by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, and fluorescence spectrometer. Results show that the specified SiO2-A12 03 -B2 03-SrO par- ent glass is a better carrier for the Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO 3:0.2%Pr3+,0.2%Na+,2%Bi3+ phosphors, which can wrap phosphors after firing above its fusion temperature. When firing at 950℃ for 2 h, coating three layers and setting a mass ratio of 1 : 3 for the phosphors and base glaze, the as-obtained red long-lasting titanate persistent glazes are smooth and glabrous, exhibiting perfect red emission. The CIE chromaticity coordination of red persistent titanate glaze is x =0.683 and y =0.317, which is very close to the chro- maticity coordinate of the standard red light.
