摘要
目的调查乳腺癌患者心理弹性现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用横断面调查方法 ,应用心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表、医学应对问卷、自我感受负担量表以及自设的一般资料调查表对某三级甲等医院乳腺外科住院的189例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果乳腺癌患者的心理弹性总分为(57.12±13.56)分;乳腺癌患者的术后时间、身体负担、情感负担、主观支持、面对应对、屈服应对6个因子进入心理弹性的多元回归方程,共解释了总变异的51.4%。结论乳腺癌患者的心理弹性较差,个体的术后时间、情感负担、身体负担、主观支持、面对应对及屈服应对是影响心理弹性的重要因素。
Objective To describe the status quo of resilience among breast cancer patients,and to explore its influencing factors. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted. The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,the Social Support Rating Scale,the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,the Self-Perceived Burden Scale and serf-de- signed demographic questionnaire were delivered to 189 breast cancer patients. Results The overall resilience score for breast cancer patients was 57.12±13.56. Time after operation,body burden,emotional burden,subjective support,confront and resignation coping style entered the multiple regression equation and explained 51.4% of all the variation. Conelusion Breast cancer patients have poor resilience. Time after operation,body burden,emotional burden ,subjective support ,confront and resignation coping style are important influencing factors.
