摘要
以水性涂料取代溶剂型涂料是解决涂料中挥发性有机物(VOC)问题的根本方法。综述了近年来水性涂料在建筑、汽车涂装、材料防护等领域的应用及一些功能性水性涂料的研究进展;分析应用过程中的问题,提出改进方案并对水性涂料未来研究方向进行了展望。
To solve the problem of volatile organic compounds（VOC） ,it is a fundamental method using water-borne coatings to supersede conventional solvent based coatings. Applications of water-borne coatings in the areas of construction, automobile painting and corrosion protection as well as some research progresses of functional water-borne coatings were e- laborated and briefly enumerated. Meanwhile, some reasonable improvements were proposed to compensate the existing dis- advantages of water-borne coatings and the direction of further research was forecasted.
