摘要
目的：探讨青少年时期下颌骨成釉细胞瘤保存颌骨的手术方法及疗效。方法：对2007-2013年收治的23例青少年下颌骨成釉细胞瘤病例采用刮治、烧灼、磨削的方法,通过随访对其疗效进行评估。结果：经2~5年的随访,23例患者均取得良好的效果。结论：对于青少年时期下颌骨成釉细胞瘤,保存颌骨的手术方法是可行的。
Objective This study was to verify the clinical effectiveness of mandible conservative surgery on adolescent patients with mandibular ameloblastoma. Methods-Conservative surgery including curetage/Electric Cauterization/griding were porfomed in 23 adolescent patients with mandibular ameloblastoma. Results After 2-5 years of follow-up,23 patients achieved good effects. Conclusion Tht conservative surgery is one of useful methods in treatment of adolescent patients with mandibular ameloblastoma.
