摘要
近些年来,随着时代经济的飞速发展以及科技的进步,我国房地产行业逐渐成为当前国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,以至于房地产开发动态成本控制越来越有着一定的必要性。本文针对房地产开发的动态成本科学控制和软件的合理应用的基本目的,结合当前房地产成本的管理现状和房地产动态成本设计的基本思路,进而借助于房地产动态成本控制系统的构建,总结了房地产开发动态成本控制系统软件的具体应用。
In recent years, along with the time the rapid development of economy and the progress of science and technology, China＇s real estate industry has gradually become an important pillar industry in the national economy development, so that real estate development dynamic cost control more and more has certain necessity. The basic purpose of reasonable application according to the real estate development of dynamic cost control and software science, the basic idea of cost management present situation and the real estate dynamic design of the current real estate cost combination, and then with the aid of dynamic cost control system in real estate construction, summarized the concrete application of the real estate development dynamic cost control system software.
