摘要
目的:通过对辽宁省2008年-2012年城乡千人口指标的分析,了解辽宁地区城乡卫生资源配置情况。方法:运用相关性分析、比较法和洛伦兹曲线。结果:尽管2008年-2012年辽宁省农村卫生资源配置水平有所增加,但仍不及城市地区,尤其卫生人力资源配置差异加大;与全国比较,城乡千人口卫生资源配置的差异明显高于全国平均水平。结论:辽宁省各城市间、城乡间卫生资源配置差异大,应结合实际进行调整。
Objective To analyze the health resource allocation in Liaoning Province. Methods The methods of correlation anal- ysis,comparison method and Lorenz curves were used. Results The health resource of rural Liaoning has increased from 2008 to 2012 ,which was still lower than urban areas, especially the health human resources allocation. The difference of health human re- sources allocation per thousand persons between urban and rural areas was significantly higher than the national average level. Con- clusion Differences in health resource allocation among different cities and areas in Liaoning Province are significant, which should be adjusted.
