摘要
皮肤镜在临床上已广泛应用和研究。近年来,由于诊断标准的完善和确立,使皮肤镜诊断更加准确和系统化,应用范围更广。目前皮肤镜不仅用于色素性皮肤病,还可用于炎症性皮肤病、血管性皮肤病、皮肤附属器疾病、代谢类疾病等多种疾病的诊断,同时可用于皮肤病治疗疗效的观察和判定。该文就皮肤镜临床应用的新进展作一综述。
Dermoscopy is widely used in dermatological clinical work and research. In recent years, the diagnostic criteria of dermoscopy has been established and improved continuously, which make the diagnosis made by dermoscopy to be more accurate and systematic, and the technique is applicated much wider. Dermoscopy is used not only for pigmentary skin disease, but also for inlfammatory dermatosis, vascular dermatosis, skin adnexal diseases and metabolic diseases. Beside the diagnostic function, dermoscopy can also be used for efifcacy observation and judgement of skin diseases. This review summarizes the clinical application progress of dermoscopy.
