摘要
目的:探索护士职业倦怠、离职倾向和心理弹性的关系。方法:对218名三级甲等医院在职在岗护士进行问卷调查,数据统计方法包括描述性统计、相关分析及中介效应分析。结果:护士心理弹性得分为(61.33±14.21),职业倦怠检出率为70.6%,离职倾向得分为(14.93±3.55)。护士心理弹性、职业倦怠和离职倾向三者之间存在显著的相关性,心理弹性在职业倦怠和离职倾向间存在部分中介效应。结论:职业倦怠较高的护士离职倾向较大,心理弹性可以降低职业倦怠对护士离职倾向的影响。
Objective: To explore relationship of resilience,job burnout and turnover intention among nurses. Methods: A cross- sectional study was conducted among 218 nurses from a Third- level Grade A hospitals. Statistical methods included descriptive,linear correlation and multiple mediation analysis.Results: Score of resilience was( 61. 33 ± 14. 21),detection rate had reached 70. 6%,the average score of job burnout was( 14. 93 ± 3. 55). Significant correlation existed between nurses' resilience,job burnout and turnover intention. Resilience acted as a partial mediator between job burnout and turnover intention.Conclusion: Higher degree of job burnout is associated with higher turnover intention; nurses' resilience can reduce impact of job burnout to turnover intention
