摘要
通过对一起严重缺陷的CVT产品进行试验、解体分析,查找其缺陷部位,深入分析缺陷产生的原因及所反映存在的运维问题,最后对运维注意事项及预防措施提出了建议,旨在引起设备生产厂家和运行维护人员的注意,有助于整体提高CVT产品质量和运行安全性。
In this paper, a capacitive voltage transformer with serious defects is tested, analyzed by way of disassembly, the defective position is found and, the reason for such defects, the operation and maintenance issue are analyzed deeply. Finally, the precautions in operation and maintenance and preventive measures are proposed with purpose of attention by both manufacturer and operators, which is helpful in improving quality and operation safety of the capacitive voltage transformer.
