摘要
本文提出了一种基于压差和水温的风机盘管水流量测量方法。首先对影响风盘阻抗S的因素进行理论分析,同时结合各影响因素进行试验研究,得到影响阻抗S的主要因素,推导出各因素影响条件下的阻抗S综合计算公式,最终根据风机盘管水侧压差△P、供水温度Tw得到水流量Q。此种方法可以在不增加风机盘管水侧测量阻力、测量仪表投入较低的情况下实现风机盘管水侧流量测量,既适合新建空调系统,又适合既有空调系统节能改造。
This article proposed a new measurement method for the fan coil water flow based on pressure and temperature. First of all, we have some theoretical analyses to influencing factors of fan coil impedance S, meanwhile, we carry out some experiments based on some factors which influence the impedance S, and we got the main factors influencing impedance. The last, we derived a comprehensive formula of impedance under the condition of the various factors influence. Finally when we get the experimental data, such as pressure Ap~, temperature Tw, we got water flow Q. This method can realize fan coil flow measurement on the water side in these cases of do not increase the fan coil resistance on the water side and lower investment of measuring instrument. Therefore, it is suitable for the new air conditioning system, and is suitable for existing air conditioning system energy saving transformation.
