摘要
为了分析和研究轴承接触角测量仪器测量精度不高的问题,从几何学与动力学两方面对轴承接触角测量原理进行了阐述,重点介绍了主要的轴承接触角测量仪器和测量方法,分析了其中存在的传递链过长、加载不平稳和缺少仪器校准等问题,并提出了相应的解决方法,为提高测量仪的测量精度提供了途径。
In order to analyze and study problem about low measuring accuracy of measuring instrument for bearing con-tact angle,the measuring principle is explained from two aspects of geometry and dynamics.The main measuring in-strument and measuring method for bearing contact angle are introduced emphatically,and the problems about long gearing chain,unstable loading and lack of instrument calibration are analyzed.The corresponding solution is put for-ward based on this,which provides a way to improve measuring accuracy of measuring instrument.
