摘要
目的探讨临床上检测肺心病心力衰竭患者血浆中脑钠肽(BNP)和C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与患者心功能的关系,为临床准确诊治和评估肺心病心力衰竭提供参考依据。方法选择2012年6月~2014年1月期间我院收治的70例肺心病心功能衰竭患者设为实验组,并进行心功能分级,同时选择同期在我院进行体检的70例健康人群作为对照组,所有研究对象均在24h内测量血浆中脑钠肽(BNP)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平。结果实验组患者血浆中BNP和hs-CRP浓度分别为(431.56±89.74)fg/m L和(71.48±21.05)ng/m L,对照组健康人群血浆中BNP和hs-CRP浓度分别为(36.37±9.53)fg/m L和(6.88±3.05)ng/m L,实验组显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在不同心功能分级的实验组患者血浆中,BNP和hs-CRP浓度随心功能分级升高而增加,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论临床上检测患者血清中BNP和hs-CRP浓度有助于诊断和评估肺心病心力衰竭的严重程度,可以为临床治疗肺心病心力衰竭提供科学依据。
Objective To discuss the relationship of cardiac function to plasma brain natriuretic peptide (NBP) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in pulmonary with heart failure, so as to provide scientific evidence for diagnosing and evaluating pulmonary with heart failure on clinical. Methods A total of 70 cases of patients with pulmonary with heart failure from Jun 2012 to Oct 2014 in our hospital were selected as study group and classified by their heart function. At the same time, 70 cases of health people were selected as control group. All the research subjects' serum BNP and hs-CRP were detected in 24 hours. Results The concentration of plasma BNP and hs-CRP were (431.56±89.74)pg/mL and (71.48±21.05)ng/mL respectively in study group, and higher than those in control group [(36.37±9.53)pg/mL and (6.88±3.05)ng/mL], the differences were significant. With the increase of heart function grading, the concentration of plasma BNP and hs-CRP gradually increased, and differences were significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Both plasma BNP and hs-CRP may reflex the condition severity of heart failure. In clinical application, we could use the concentration of plasma BNP and hs-CRP as important supplements to evaluate cardiac function in patients with heart failure.
