摘要
目的评价家庭医生健康管理服务路径实施效果。方法本次研究对2014年1~6月深圳市福田区社区健康服务中心现场研究情况进行分析,根据其是否实施家庭医生健康管理服务路径分为对照组与研究组,对比两组签约老年人的档案资料完整率、满意度、日常生活能力、生存质量、心理状态、精神状态、医疗费用等指标。结果研究组档案资料完整率、满意度、日常生活能力、生存质量评分、MMSE评分均显著高于对照组,心理状态SAS、SDS评分与医疗费用均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论家庭医生健康管理服务路径的实施具有可行性,临床应用效果显著,可有效提高全科医生服务能力,规范健康管理行为,值得大力应用推广。
Objective To evaluate implementation effect of health management service path of family doctors. Methods The field research situation of Shenzhen Futian District community health service center was analyzed form 2014 January to 2014 June. According to whether the implementation of health management service path of family doctors, the elderly were divided into control group and study group. The file data integrity rate, satisfaction, ability of daily living and quality of life, the mental state, mental state, medical expenses and other indicators of signed to the elderly were compared between the two groups. Results The file data integrity rate, satisfaction, ability of daily living, quality of life score and MMSE score of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the psychological state of SAS, SDS score and medical costs of the research group were lower than those of the control group, with significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The health management service path of family doctors is feasible, has obvious effect in clinical application, can effectively improve the GPS service ability, regulate the health management behavior. It＇s worth to application.
