摘要
目的股骨头缺血性坏死冲击波治疗疗法临床疗效观察。方法回顾性分析我院2010年6月～2013年12月通过影像学诊断的股骨头缺血性坏死26例（30髋）的患者进行体外冲击波治疗,本研究为了评估冲击波对股骨头缺血坏死的患者疗效,根据患侧髋关节Harris评分、＂4＂字试验（A→B）评分分别把30髋患者以治疗前、治疗后第3、6、12个月分成四组,观察体外冲击波在治疗股骨头缺血性坏死方面的疗效;黄克勤疗效评分通过多个样本率的χ2检验,比较各期冲击波疗法治疗股骨头缺血坏死的有效率是否有差别。结果对于早期的股骨头缺血性坏死的患者早期治疗效果明显优于中、晚期的患者。结论早期运用体外冲击波疗法可延缓股骨头缺血坏死、促进修复重建骨组织结构及改善关节功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy （ESWT） in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods 26 patients（18 hips） with avascular necrosis of femoral head who were treated with ESWT through the imaging diagnosis in our hospital from June 2010 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. To evaluate and observe the therapeutic effect of patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head, who were treated with ESWT, and were divided into four groups of pre-treatment, post-treatment of the 3rd month, the 6th month and the 12th month, based on Harris scores of hip joint and Gaenslen＆#39;s test scores（A→B）. To compare the different effective rate of ESWT in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head by Huang Keqin’s effect scores in each period. Results The therapeutic effect of patients with avascular necrosis of femoral in early period were significantly better than which in metaphase and later period. Conclusion ESWT in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head early could delay the avascular necrosis of femoral head, could promote the reconstruction of bone structure and the improvement of joint function.
