摘要
核电技术中的堆芯补水箱是堆芯冷却系统的关键组成设备,属于核安全1级、抗震1类设备。其结构为立式圆柱形结构,因其外形尺寸较大,需要设计专用的装置来实现堆芯补水箱的运输及现场翻转。为保证该装置的技术性能和经济性,采用理论计算以及有限元分析方法对堆芯补水箱J型运输翻转装置进行结构强度分析和优化设计,为实现国内核电产品专用工具的自主化设计打好基础。
The core make-up tank it1 the nuclear power plant is the critical component used for the core cooling system, and it's classified as Ihe re,clear safety Class 1 and earthquake-proof Calegory 1 with the vertical cylindrieal structure. Because of larger outline dimension, the special auxiliary device has to be designed to transfer the core make-up tank and aecomplishe the on-site tilling. In order to ensure technical performance and lower cost of the device, the theory calcudation and FEA (finite element anal)sis) method are utilized to conduct the optimized design and strength analysis of .J type conveying & titling device for the core make-up tank. TMs effort results in the sound foundation for the independent design of the special tool for the fabrication of domestic nuclear power items.
