摘要
目的观察补肾疏肝汤对疲劳大鼠血红蛋白、肝糖原及肌糖原含量的影响,探讨其抗疲劳的作用机制。方法将50只雄性健康SD大鼠随机分为5组,即空白对照组、模型对照组及补肾疏肝汤低、中、高剂量组,每组各10只。除空白对照组外,其余4组大鼠采用力竭游泳加剥夺睡眠法制备疲劳大鼠模型,同时予相应药液40mL/(kg·d)灌胃。14 d后取各组大鼠主动脉血,检测大鼠血红蛋白、肝糖原和肌糖原水平,进行比较。结果与模型对照组比较,补肾疏肝汤低、中、高剂量组血红蛋白、肝糖原及肌糖水平均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中补肾疏肝汤中剂量组血红蛋白水平高于补肾疏肝汤低、高剂量组(P<0.05),补肾疏肝汤高、中剂量组肝糖原、肌糖原水平高于补肾疏肝汤低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论补肾疏肝汤能通过提高疲劳大鼠血红蛋白、肝糖原和肌糖原水平而发挥抗疲劳作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen - shugan decoction on the contents of hemoglobin, hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen in fatigued rats, and its mechanism of anti - fatigue. Methods 50 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups that blank control group, model control group, Bushen - shugan decoction low dose,middle dose and high dose group, 10 rats in each group. Except the blank control group, the fa- tigued rat models were induced by exhaustive swimming and sleep deprivation in other four groups, and received corre- sponding medicine 40 mL/( kg · d)by gavage. The aortic blood was collected after 14 days in all groups, and the con- tents of hemoglobin, hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen were detected and compared. Results As compared with model control group ,the contents of hemoglobin, hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen in Bushen- shugan decoction low dose, middle dose and high dose groups were increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the hemoglobin content in Bushen - shu- gan decoction middle dose group was higher than that in Bushen - shugan decoction low dose and high dose group (P 〈 0.05 ), the contents of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen in Bushen - shugan decoction middle dose and high dose group were higher than those in Bushen - shugan decoction low dose group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Bushen - shugan decoction can increase the contents of hemoglobin, hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen in fatigued rats, thus play the anti -fatigue role.
