摘要
[目的]探讨自我管理教育对胶质瘤术后三维适形放疗病人疗效及生活质量的影响。[方法]将150例胶质瘤病人根据入院编号的单双号分为观察组与对照组各75例,术后给予三维适形放疗,对照组在围放疗期行常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上以自我效能理论为指导实施自我管理教育。[结果]放疗后两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛和总体健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05);头痛呕吐、精神异常、癫痫等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);随访至2014年11月,观察组的生存时间高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]胶质瘤术后三维适形放疗中配合自我管理教育能有效减少并发症的发生,促进身心状态的恢复,从而提高治疗效果与生存时间。
Objective:To probe into the influence of self-management education on quality of life and curative effect of patients after glioma surgery undergoing three dimensional conformal radiotherapy.Methods:A total of150 gliomas patients based on odd and even of hospitalized number were divided into observation group and control group,75 cases in each.All patients after glioma surgery were given three dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The Patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention during radiotherapy,and the patients in observation group were added self-management education conducted by the self-efficacy theory.Results:There was statistically significant difference in effective rate between both groups after radiotherapy(P<0.05);the scores of physiological function,physiological functions,physical pain and general health of patients in observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of the headache,vomiting,mental disorders,epilepsy and other complications in observation group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Followed-up to November 2014,the survival time of patients in observation group was longer than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three dimensional conformal radio therapy combined with self-management education for the patients after glioma surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and promote recovery of physical and mental state,and then to improve the curative effect and survival time.
