摘要
通过高温燃烧法测定了水质总氮含量,与K2S2O8氧化-紫外分光光度法进行比较,高温燃烧法的测定结果准确可靠。方法的检出限为0.05 mg/L,测定下限为0.20 mg/L,样品测定的RSD为0.9%~4.6%,加标回收率为97.4%~103%。对于有悬浮物干扰的水样,可以超声粉碎后测定;Fe3+,Cr6+和卤素离子对高温燃烧法测定总氮无干扰。
Accurate determination of total nitrogen content is needed due to its initiation of Eutrophication.Compared with potassium persulfate oxidation-UV spectrophotometry method,total nitrogen determination by high temperature combustion method was simple,rapid,accurate and environment ally friendly. The limit dection of this method was 0. 05 mg/L,and the limit of quantification was 0. 20 mg/L. The relative standard deviation was0. 9% ~ 4. 6%,and the recovery ranged from 97. 4% to 103%. For water samples with interference of suspended solids,the total nitrogen could be directly detected by high temperature combustion method after ultrasonic treatment. Fe3 +,Cr6 +,halide ion had no interferences over the determination of total nitrogen by high temperature combustion method.
