摘要
针对基层农技人员由于科技文献获取困难和技术培训不够导致科技水平偏低的现状,从利用农业科技网络书屋获取科技文献、图书和网上视频培训,浏览和免费下载农林高等院校和农林科研院所主办的科技期刊,以及利用免费学术搜索引擎获取3个方面论述获取免费的科技文献资源的途径。
Aiming at present status that the relatively low level in science and technology of agro technical popularization personnel due to the difficulties of acquiring science and technology literature and not enough technical training, three ways to obtain free resources of science and technology literature were discussed, including to acquire scientific literature, books and online video training by using agricultural science and technology network library, to browse and download free sci-technological journals sponsored by agricultural and forestry colleges and universities and agricultural science research institutes, and to use free academic searching engines.
