摘要
目的:讨论假性近视眼青少年的饮食结构调整,为临床工作提供科学依据。方法:选择2011年1月—2013年6月来牡丹江医学院诊治的300例假性近视眼青少年患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,即观察组与对照组,每组患者150例,所有患者均以右眼为观察对象。观察组患者给予饮食结构调整、对照组患者给予益气健脾汤调整,对比2组患者的饮食结构调整情况。结果:经过饮食调整后,观察组与对照组患者的视力调节明显。饮食调整3个月后,2组患者在裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、近视屈光度方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);饮食调整6个月后,观察组患者的裸眼视力和近视屈光度方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);饮食调整12个月后,观察组患者裸眼视力和近视屈光度方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对假性近视眼青少年患者给予饮食结构调整,不仅可帮助青少年及时矫正视力,同时可避免视力再次出现假性近视,可在临床上推广应用饮食结构调整。
[Objective]To discuss the adjustment of dietary structure of pseudomyopia adolescents to provide reference for the clinical work. [Method] We selected 300 cases of myopia in adolescent patients in our hospital for treatment from 2011 January to 2013 June as the research objects, randomly divided into two groups including the observation group and the control group, 150 cases in each group of pa- tients. All patients were in the right eye as the object of observation. The patients in the observation group were given the diet adjustment, the control group were treated with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction adjusting diet structure adjustment, compared patients of two groups. [Result] After diet adjustment, visual regulation was acuity between the observation group and the control group. After diet adjustment for 3 months, uncor- rected visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, and diopter between two groups of patients had no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ). Af- ter diet adjustment for 6 months, the difference of uncorrected visual acuity and myopia diopter between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05) . After diet adjustment for 12 months, uncorrected visual acuity and myopia diopter between observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05 ) . [Conclusion] Dietary structure adjustment on the pseudo myopia in adolescents could not only help adolescents corrected visual acuity timely, but also could avoid the vision appear pseudomyopia a- gain, which could be popularized and applied in clinical diet structure adjustment.
