摘要
研究了制造企业精益物流在供应链环境下的运作现状,客观解析了供应链及精益物流的理论基础,提出了制造企业在精益物流运作下产生的问题,并针对这些问题提出内部、外部及支撑环境策略。
In this paper, we studied the lean logistics operation status of the manufacture enterprises in the supply chain environment, analyzed their theoretical basis of the supply chain and the lean logistics, discussed the problems enterprises faced in this operation mode and proposed internal, external and environment strategies.
