抗220℃水包柴油钻井液在NP36-P3002井的应用 被引量:1

摘要 南堡油田3号构造寒武系毛庄组埋藏深达5 100~5 300 m,储层温度高达200℃以上。为满足该构造深井水平井欠平衡钻井技术要求,室内通过优选乳化剂和高温稳定剂,研究形成了抗高温水包柴油钻井液体系。现场应用表明,该体系在200℃以上具有良好的抗温性和流变性,且防塌能力强,良好的润滑能力能够满足大位移水平井的定向、钻进等作业需要,且性能稳定,易于调节,此次抗高温水包柴油钻井液的成功应用为该构造潜山水平井钻井提供了技术支持。 Nanpu oilfield No. 3 structural Cambrian Mao Zhuang group buried depth of 5100 ~ 5300 m,the reservoir temperature is above 200 ℃. In order to meet the needs of underbalanced drilling technology in the deep horizontal wells in Nanpu oilfield No. 3 structure,the high temperature resistant diesel in water drilling fluid system was formed through optimizing emulsifier and stabilizer. Field application shows that this system has good temperature resistance and rheological property in 200 ℃,and strong anti-collapse ability,good lubricity and stable performance,and the system can meet the needs of large displacement horizontal well drilling and directional operation.The successful application of high temperature resistant diesel in water drilling fluid system provided technical support for horizontal wells drilling in the buried hill structure.
