完善细化蒸汽管控机制降低系统损耗的实践

摘要 蒸汽的计量管理模式直接影响热源单位的生产经营状况和能源管理水平。通过检查蒸汽计量测点及仪表的运行情况、补充完善蒸汽计量信息台帐、不断加强维护管理、摸索产能与热能消耗规律及加强蒸汽管网整治等措施,完善了蒸汽管网机制,降低了系统损耗。 The status of production and operation and the level of energy management in heat source work units are directly affected by the steam metering management model. By examining the steam metering measurement points and the running status of instrumentations, improving the steam metering information accounting, strengthening maintenance management continuously, exploring consumption laws of produc- tion and thermal energy, and strengthening the regulation of steam pipe network and other measures in the paper, steam control mechanism is improved perfectly and system loss is reduced eventually.
