摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者的围手术期的护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院于2013年1月至2014年2月期间行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者110例的临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,各组55例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率(98.18%)显著高于对照组的总有效率(87.27%),以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者实施围手术期护理效果显著,提高了手术成功率,减少了并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the perioperative period nursing method of patients who received laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 110 cases of patients who received laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital during January 2013 and February 2014. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing care. Meanwhile,patients in observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of conventional care. Nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the bleeding volume,operation time and hospitalization time were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total efficiency of the observation group（ 98. 18%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 87. 27%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Perioperative period nursing has significant effect on patients received laparoscopic myomectomy,it can improve the success rate of operation,reduce the incidence of complications,worthy of clinical application.
