摘要
目的:观察中药足浴配合穴位艾灸治疗血液透析患者不安腿综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组28例采用充分血液透析、滤过及西医对症治疗,治疗组32例加用中药足浴配合穴位艾灸治疗。经2个疗程治疗后,观察两组临床疗效及IRLS评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.6%,高于对照组的78.6%(P<0.05);治疗组RLS评分差值为(16.66±6.10)分,对照组为(12.36±8.90)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:充分血液透析、滤过结合中药足浴、穴位艾灸治疗,能有效缓解血液透析不安腿综合征患者的临床症状,改善生活质量。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion treatment on restless legs syndrome of patients with hemodialysis. Method： The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 28 cas- es in control group and 32 patients in treatment group. The patients in the control group were treated with fully hemodiafiltra- tion and treatment of regular western medicine, and patients in the treatment group received foot bath of Chinese medicine be- sides the therapy of control group. The clinical therapeutic effect and the index of IRIS in both groups were investigated after two course of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%, higher than that of the control group （78.6%）（P〈0.05）. The RLS score difference of the treatment group was （16.66±6.10）, and the control group was （12.36±8.90）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The therapy of fully hemodiafiltration combined with foot bath of Chinese medicine and moxibustion treatment can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of restless legs syndrome patients with hemodialysis, and improve their life quality.
