摘要
针对盾构法隧道联络通道施工中存在的风险,提出顶管直接切掘新型管片联络通道新艺(NOMJS)。该工艺采用特殊设计的顶管机直接切削贯穿上下行线隧道管片形成联络通道结构,并在顶管始发和接收过程中设置止水框体和整体接收装置,可大大降低施工联络通道施工过程中的风险,简化联络通道施工的工序。可直接切削复合管片由可切削混凝土和玻璃纤维筋浇筑,能满足隧道衬砌和顶管机直接切削的要求。联络通道管节采用钢管节,分为始发与接收管节、常规管节和特殊管节,始发与接收管节、止水框体、整体接收装置采用特殊设计,具备间隙封堵、风险应急和快速拆除的功能。
There are great risks in the construction of the connection passages of shield-bored tunnels. In the paper, a new technology for the construction of the connection passages of shield-bored tunnels, i. e. , Novel Material Jacking Cuttable Segment ( NOMJS ), is put forward. The new technology is described as follows : a special-designed pipe jacking machine is used to cut the segment lining of the shield-bored tunnel directly to form the connection passage. During the launching and receiving of the pipe jacking machine, water sealing frame and integral receiving device are installed. In this way, the risks in the construction of the connection passages is reduced greatly and the process of the construction of the connection passages is simplified. The segment, which can be cut by the pipe jacking machine directly, is composed of cuttable concrete and glass fiber and can meet the requirements of the tunnel lining and the direct cutting by the pipe jacking machine. The jacked pipes for the connection passages, which are made of steel, include launching pipes, receiving pipes, conventional pipes and special pipes. The launching pipes, receiving pipes, water sealing frames and integral receiving device, which are specially designed, can seal the gaps, cope with emergency conditions and can be removed rapidly.
