摘要
目前，中国公益诉讼制度的建设处於起步阶段，行政公益诉讼更是有待探索完善。因此，研究评析英美等国公益诉讼制度的发展历程，可为中国公益诉讼制度建设提供些许可参照之处。
Currently in China, the construction of public interest litigation system is still in nascent stage, and administrative public interest litigation is yet to be explored and perfected. Therefore, a study and analysis of the history of Ango-American public interest litigation system can provide reference to China.
