轮胎模具耐磨板磨损分析 被引量:12

Analysis on Wear of Slide Plate for Tire Mold

摘要 根据试验数据,采用回归分析的方法,以Archard磨损公式为基础,通过与轮胎模具实际磨损数据对比,得到轮胎模具耐磨板磨损的数学模型。通过有限元模拟可以确定轮胎模具硫化工况下的磨损量,为耐磨板磨损的定量评估奠定了基础。 Based on Archard theory as well as regression analysis of the experimental data,and compared to the actual wearing data of tire mold,the mathematical model on the wear of slide plate for tire mold was obtained.The wear of tire mold under vulcanization was simulated by finite element analysis,which laid the groundwork for the quantitative evaluation on the wear of the slide plate.
