摘要
电厂循环水中蕴含着大量的余热,利用水源热泵技术对循环水余热进行回收利用,不仅可以提高电厂热效率,还可以通过节约耗煤量减少电厂对环境的污染。以某600 MW机组为例,对其利用水源热泵回收循环水进行试验。结果表明:在1个采暖周期可回收的余热量为27 223.13 MW·h,节约标煤量为3 343.79t,回收余热的经济效益为183.9万元;系统的费用年值为22 090万元/年,投资回收期为3.96年。
Circulating water from power plant contains a large amount of waste heat. Using water source heat pumps to recycle the waste heat no only can enhance the thermal efficiency of power plant, but also can reduce the pollution by decreasing coal consumption rate. Taking a 600 MW unit as the example, experiments were carried out on recycling the circulating water waste heat by water source heat pumps. The results show that,during a heating period,the recyclable waste heat is 27 223.13 MW · h,and the amount of coal savings and economic benefits of recycling waste heat are 3 343.79 t and 1. 839 million yuan respectively. In addition,the unit economics can be evaluated by calculating the annual cost and payback period. The annual cost is 22 090 million yuan/year and the payback period is 3.96 years.
